You pretty much just need a few hours or even less than that if you are experienced to fork one, name it your own, tweak the parameters, build the clients, spin up some machines, create your first block, then call it a new cryptocurrency.

You pretty much just need a few hours or even less than that if you are experienced to fork one, name it your own, tweak the parameters, build the clients, spin up some machines, create your first block, then call it a new cryptocurrency.
