  • We definitely care about the network and are basically always making adjustments/improvements across all our locations; but it's important to note that these things are not so one-sided. If ISPs or carriers in certain markets/countries don't "play nice" and make decisions on business grounds and not performance ones then often smaller hosting providers or our transit providers can't really do anything to get the best possible connections.

    I understand. I know my ISP-AS4788 Telekom Malaysia is crap for no optimize for most international connection.And they also no care about complain.Like OVH SG,there was a overload started from late December 2019 between OVH SG and My ISP,and OVH team told me my ISP no given any response for the problem. But after 4months (about 2weeks ago),the connection finally not getting any network spikes at night,seems like they finally solve the problem...
    Hopefully the connection can get better as the same DC IP giving me about 10ms only.(Now 40+ms)
