OK, just ordered the LES KVM Plan 1 in France.
FYI all your emails end up in my SPAM folder because the DKIM verification failed
I suggest taking a look at the welcome emails. I received two different 'France VPS Details' emails with two different IPv4 addresses. In addition, I also received an 'VPS created' email from Virtualizor with a link to Virtualizor that shows an SSL certificate warning (error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN.)
thanks for reporting currently we are migrating our emails from iroute to mxroute directadmin maybe it may causes the issue i will check it
about the 2 welcome emails before it was setup in Phoenix so staff terminate it and resend you with the France Details
