my fav is sublime editor, for txt processing, for programming and for simple note taking job.
I've used Bootstrap Studio with success. Admittedly it's a bit clunky and seems to discourage any source code editing which is annoying. They had a good reason though, due to their software design.

I don't know how to code JS, so the DW is still a great tool to code the simple HTML, ofcos need to read and edit the bootstrap manually!
