Hi, Chocoweb, what is that any transaction fee?

    PayPal transfer fee

  • Guess you are not within the US territory, then the total amount for STO deal would probably be

    for easy calculation.

    Has this been updated? https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees#sending-paypal

no idea about that. seems intl. personal trans fee incurred 5% or $.99 min

    greedy paypal.

Alipay doesn't charge personal trans fee

if you had an a/c at hostloc.com, your deals might be closed/completed in a couple of minutes.

  • I am interested in Stockholm vps but do you know of bandwidth can be increased a bit? Does hosthatch allow transfers?

You marketed this better than actual HostHatch!

Their Chicago deployment is very good.

I'm actually pretty frustrated that I moved my HostHatch storage to Los Angeles and transferred the Chicago one to someone else because the disk speeds in Chicago are consistently 3-4x the speeds of Los Angeles, Chicago has faster processors (3.0GHz vs 2.8GHz), and sometimes I get faster download speeds from their Chicago servers than their Los Angeles servers even though I'm physically located in the San Francsico Bay Area and thus LA is much closer to me. Their support response about the huge difference in disk speed was basically "we can't guarantee faster speeds than a regular HDD (~200MB/s read with 1M block size) which is what you're seeing in LA, the performance in Chicago is just a bonus and is not to be considered normal, and we can't transfer your VPS there because we don't have any space left". I just wish they had been more upfront about it as I made the assumption that because storage in LA is the same price as storage in Chicago, the performance would also be similar.

You may want to check with HostHatch that they actually allow these transfers. They just told me that they're not going to allow transfers any more. They let me do one last transfer, but no more after that.

Their regular price for extra transfer is $2/month per extra 0.5 TB. I don't think they have any special deals on bandwidth for these sale servers.

Yes. Seems that they don't allow transfer anymore.
