Hyper Expert is sunsetting their New York location

Received this email this morning:

Ever since we started Hyper Expert in 2017, our main goal was to provide every valued customer with quality and reliable service on our own hardware and friendly in-house support. As you may have already noticed, we do not rent, lease, or resell our hardware. The services you get from us are 100% from us and not through somebody else.

To continue moving forward with our goal, we will be sunsetting our current VPS and Dedicated Server plans in our New York location. We have recently had multiple unforeseen circumstances with the upstream provider and have decided that this direction does not line up with our goals. We at Hyper Expert believe in providing great services with very competitive prices and fast support. With that being said, this cannot be accomplished with the way our services are currently set up in New York.

This email should act as your first notice that as of July 12, 2021, all VPS and Dedicated Server plans will be completely shut down. If you choose to keep your VPS or Dedicated Server plans, we will be more than happy to migrate them for you from New York to Seattle. If you are not on a monthly plan and would like a partial refund, please open a ticket with billing and we will work with you and provide a refund for the remainder of your service.

We totally understand the inconvenience and frustration and we appreciate your patience while we work through this. We have a lot of great updates coming soon as we continue to improve our services every day so please stay tuned for that.

Well that's a bummer. Means I have to find a new VPS provider for the Adhole project in US East.
