    KS-5 Server - Intel Xeon E5-1620v2 - 32GB DDR3 1333MHz - 2x 2To HDD Soft RAID: $34.99/month + $36.50 setup.

Is going to be a regular offer, so my time to make an unpaid order, was not wasted.

So if Kimsufi had listed it at 20$ / month regular price, would you still have ordered? It's like a promo/deal which in itself doesn't have much value and the psychological aspect of original price is the only factor at play here. At 100Mbps, 2x2TB HDD, for 15 Euros, it is still pathetic IMO compared to SYS or Hetzner.

    15€ for a 32GB Dedicated, is bonkers.
Hetzner currently is at 23-25€ ish

23.5, with faster network (1Gbps) and more HDD (2x 3TB). SYS new range also offers more value. 8TB HDD (2x storage), better network (guaranteed 250Mbps)

Well this one has 1Gbit Down, just 100Mbit Up.
Depends, if you need that 1Gbit Up and x2 Storage yes.

    Otherwise no.

  • Also, we don't have a lot of <$30 dedis here in N.America. If/when Hetzner offers SB in Ashburn, that could change the game.

  • what kind of tracker is the one people use nowadays (SYS preferred) ?

I had a self written script somewhere, but I guess there is enough online tools available nowadays, right?

I haven't managed to get one yet, but imho it is attractive for north america. The 100mbps is annoying but not that big a deal. Should I figure these are all out of stock? I tried to login and order when I saw the post a few days ago, but there was something wrong with my kimsufi.com account and I haven't gotten around to trying to fix it. If I can get one I'll be glad, but if I miss out I'll be ok.

Restock will likely happen on Friday or Monday.
Get your account ready until then.

You also have the option for one USD Account and one EUR Account.
Just at least have one available by then.

Yes, but I would not rely on them.
You want to be first, so you hook into everything you got.
