Looks like a track record exists from 2016 so I am happy to approve that if they want to start posting offers here?

Yes, I invited them here. But he/she(?) had some doubt about the chance of approval since they are operating as a sole trader and i showed @cam as an example.

The rules were updated to cover that, they were not written to be exclusionary, just quickly and frankly without a huge amount of thought initially.
