I need VPS in Russia, Ukrain and czech republic with ipv6 subnet

Hello, I am trying to find a good VPS provider that has any of these locations
requirements
HDD/SSD : 10GB
Ram 512MB or 1GB
Connection Min 100Mbps
Traffic BW limit 1TB and more
IPv4 1 IP
IPv6 useable /64 subnet or bigger
Price well most providers in a range of less than 10$ for such specs, but in case they have different price not an issue, I do have 60 VPS and always search for a better provider with a good network to move and migrate.

The provider should Accept VPN/Proxies all private and legal usage, and for this, we can discuss further.
