Well the simply explanation is the IPs will be used for sending outgoing emails are not a blacklisted one, and it is one of important factor to decide the emails are spam or not.

    Hello,
The whole IP range is having high reputation (means they are not in blacklists), so emails are always accepted.
Also large pool of IP's is continuously verified, if any blacklisted IP's are automatically removed.
Emails are resent again if not delivered.
So you can be sure your important emails are 100% delivered!

    Hello together,
in past i was resolving/securing several times sending of large amount of newsletter emails for some eshops (50k+ recipients for each one campaign), but i was wonder on your answer, i admit.
I will therefore allow myself to write my opinion and experience with regard to that, in short.

    1) Have a clean IP (mean no-blacklisted in any spam database as BARRACUDA, spamhaus, rats etc.) is ONLY FIRST and BASIC CONDITION for having email incoming into INBOX instead SPAM/JUNK folders, but sure absolutely not enough nowadays

Meet only this one basic and first condition sure cannot GUARANTEE that emails will income into INBOX, so i cannot agree with your claim citation "The whole IP range is having high reputation (means they are not in blacklists), so emails are always accepted."

    2) without properly configured rDNS sure most emails will still income to spam or will be REJECTED; and proper use of SPF, DKIM and DMARC will significantly increase chance for success

    3) but still when your users will use spam tactics in their email compositions (mean does have high spam-score in email's body - often spam words and phrases, large or many colored fonts, a lot of pictures or links etc.), sent emails can be very easy filtered as spam and end in spam folder instead inbox, against the fact that u did meet above mentioned proper email deliverability conditions

Under term High IP reputation for sending email i understand use IP what was longtime used for successful sending of high amount of non spam email ("so-called IP warming"), what large providers targeted/specialized in email sending uses.
Because some nowadays antispam databases ans software are probably also able monitor amount and ratio of non-spam / spam sent emails from any subnet or IP, and also take this into account when assessing the likelihood of spam

THIS HAS BEEN what i had on the mind when asked on it - that u use just such any special warmed IP with good reputation and history in this regard (not only that IP is not blacklisted/clean.. (this is real tragedy and total fail if any provider income with email hosting with blacklisted IP immediately in begin)

BTW: It is quite hard nut nowadays, and especially services as Hotmail, icloud and similar can be very problematic in this regard (hotmail really does what it wants, as microsoft gets used to)

Emails are resent again if not delivered.
So you can be sure your important emails are 100% delivered!

sincerelly, additionally: u dont have option know if emails was delivered into INBOX or SPAM/junk folder, u can only know if are total rejected/denied

so u cant absolutely guarantee such thing - that emails are always delivered in Inbox, no dropeed in spam/junk folder
it is hard nut and also mxroute cant ever guarantee such thing, nobody..
(max that email will/has been received by target mail server and not rejected.. (Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender error 554.x.x.x))

    regards

    Good day and Goodbye

I think there are two similar but different term, Delivery email and Deliverability and some people miss to understand this similar term.

Delivery meaning the email received by your target mail system (not bouncing/rejected).

Deliverability meaning when the email you send landed to user account, example inbox or spam folder.

The simple things to check your email deliverability is using some email test like mail-tester.com. Even though you have 10/10 score, it will not give you 100% guarantee to land your email in user target inbox as it related to their system configuration. Microsoft/hotmail are very strict, even with their own email going to their spam folder, lol..

imo MS/ hotmail are directly mad not strict :-1: =)

have mailbox at MS often mean not get important emails.. imo these "premium" service are "so good" that are already unusable

BTW: and at many users/ppl, to have email delivered into SPAM box mean near to have it not delivered ever. because many ppl do not check spam box ever or ever not know that such exists/can happen =)

so i would be more careful in claims "emails are 100% delivered / or recipient always must get your email"

    all other OK, regards

@miu said: so i would be more careful in claims "emails are 100% delivered / or recipient always must get your email"

You can't make recipients use an email service that doesn't suck, but you can make sure that they're always delivered if at all possible (meaning not rejected for reasons where that email could have been delivered if served from a different IP).

@miu said: imo these "premium" service are "so good" that are already unusable (...) so i would be more careful in claims "emails are 100% delivered / or recipient always must get your email"

No one is going to talk like "Well my product is nice but..." when marketing their product to explain the behavior of third parties. It's far too much to ask for someone to clarify their language when marketing their product to throw shade to third party services or clients failing to setup SPF/DKIM/etc. No one needs a white paper written up as a disclaimer and no one would read it anyway. A clean and high reputation IP is an IP not getting rejected for it's reputation and that is known for being heavily monitored for high quality usage (senders setting SPF, senders following proper protocols, etc) and relevant reputation listings. Rest assured that the IPs provided by @Abdullah are militantly monitored and handled with extreme care. They're also known to be recognized by Microsoft as clean IPs that are capable of delivering email to the inbox (but not guaranteeing it for anyone).

But if anyone thinks someone can provide a magical set of IPs that guarantee inbox delivery at third party services (especially when not stated), I've got a vacation home in Hawaii to sell them. Microsoft can't even provide that to their own internal teams when emailing Hotmail addresses which means that such a concept literally does not exist and can't. When something doesn't and can't exist, I think it's probably okay to not add a disclaimer stating that you can't provide it.

@miu What I meant by delivery is that the email will always be delivered as long it is not spam.
Then there are other cases where people mis-configure spf, dkim etc. and those emails are received to spam folder of recipient, but it can be corrected.

"The whole IP range is having high reputation (means they are not in blacklists), so emails are always accepted."

ofcourse not the only condition, given one has properly setup his dkim, spf, etc & is not having spam history from his domain/email ID.
Then google/hotmail rate-limits the number of emails from each IP, that is resolved by the large IP pool.
Overall optimizations lead to the email being always delivered from sender side.
You are correct landing to spam folder can't be controlled, that is what the recipient email service decides based on above conditions. Given you do these correct & are not sending spam, emails are mostly delivered to straight inbox.
If they go spam, means you need to look for errors in configuration or change email content so it does not tigger spam filters,

yes, with this i agree, properly have configured all necessary + care on it (maintain it clear)
is max what can provider do in this matter (except reveal & ban/stop user misusing service for sending spams asap, ideally sooner as they harm IP or whole subnet.. because is so easy drop them into spam DBs but many time then hard remove them from there):

imo what user send is last link in string, what can strong affect how will process antispam filters concrete email at the end

so in conclusion, imo most correct formulation of guarantee for this kind of service should be approx:
AS LONG U WILL NOT SEND SPAM EMAILS, SO LONG I CAN GUARANTEE IT WILL BE DELIVERED (and with highest possible probability in INBOX)

    all the best, regards!
