So let's say I wanted a domain for testing and assigning few sub domains to stuff like ftp servers and maybe a personal email with say some cheap MX route plans what is the cheapest 10 year registration domain that won't be marked spam??
Basically it seems all cheap domains have a bad rep... and this makes me think that any choice below 5$/year might be risky in the long term (no wonder though, were I a spammer I'd also like cheap domains :P)
Given this, my advice would be to either:
1. Be uber cheap but understand the risk - try your luck with cyou @ porkbun for <13 USD for 10 years (still no bad rep @ spamhouse - perhaps because it was launched only this year) - but be prepared for a possible spam mark in a year or two (as soon as spammers catch up lol)
2. Pay up a bit more and try getting something above 5 dollars / year - quite a few options available !
(Or maybe even slightly less? A quick glance sorted by cheapest renewal prices on tld-list suggests that there are perhaps at least 3 decent looking options, all under 5 dollars: .ovh, .de., .uk - especially the last two I don't think would ever automatically get marked as they are major ccTLDs)

The actually lowest renewal prices are available for as low as €4.50 if you dig a little NIC.it (not affiliated, have some non-DNSSEC domains with them)
You need to be a EEA/Switzerland/San Marino/Vatican City resident in order to apply for a .it
According to latest NIC.it rules, if you're registering as a "physical person" your personal details will generally be hidden per default in the WHOIS (there's no "WHOIS Privacy" extra option) ; if you're an Organization OR if you apply as an individual with your VAT ID (therefore, as a freelancer or as a business) there's NO way to hide your details in the webwhois. According to version 2.5 of the NIC.it Technical Guidelines, approved in May 2, 2019, "ConsentForPublishing" can be set to "0" only if you apply as a private individual.
Some Registars enforce this rule; others don't, especially on renewals. Prior to May 2019 "ConsentForPublishing" could have been set to 0 in way more cases.
Be advised that .it domains can be registered for 1 year only. If you transfer your domain from one Registrar to another one, the unused registration period doesn't add up and you'll extend your registration for no more than 1 year.
