Already pretty set with existing ones, but more broadly I'd like to see 100% flexible offerings.

i.e. All resources slider driven so that you can build your own mix of cpu/ram/storage/net

I gather that's challenging technically though

Well this thing we good at it. Built your own configuration upgrade/downgrade anytime with automatically credit balance if existing.

  • Been looking for a cheap 256/512 vps in NL for monitoring/vpn purposes ever since I didn't renew mine earlier this year. Which I regret because I didn't realize the price had increased. And a more powerful 2 - 4GB VPS in UK depending on the price.

  • Don't need much this year. On the whole I'm probably going to let more stuff go than I'll add.

Might watch for super deals on the 0.5-1G KVM/VMWare. However, in my case the stuff I really value is not so easily documented in specs - reliability and a bit of datacenter/geographic diversity.

    And if there's a super-duper BYO anycast deal, e.g. RAGE4, I'd look at that.

    maybe VPS

high(er) clocked unthrottled fair share 2 vCPU
    3-4GB ecc ram
    25GB-ish SSD/NVMe RAID 10
    1TB-ish data
    100mbit above bandwidth
    stable uptime

    I bench YABS 24/7/365 unless it's a leap year.

  • Large storage VPS or hybrid SSD + block storage (4 or 5 TB)

    2 vcpu
1 GB RAM per TB storage
2 TB bw per TB storage
UK, Western Europe and US East Coast
    up to $25/yr per TB

  • Small VPS with high I/O (basically NVMe) in Western or Central Europe.

1 core/512 M/10G NVMe (or SAS SSD)/1TB ought to be more than enough.

Price: well ideally as cheap as possible, but I don't expect to find it for under 1,50 EUR a month.

  • I want to start using my idling machines... I have been keeping them idle for so long...

hetzner ryzen 3700x equivalent in singapore (too much to ask, ?)
even a setup fee waiver in fl/de will do (not necessarily hetzner only)

high (dedicated) (v)cpu (Ryzen?) + low ram + low disk VPS or dedicated servers - for encoding and what not

Contribute your idling VPS/dedi (link), Android (link) or iOS (link) devices to medical research

  • Hosting related?

    • Really fast PHP hosting without DB in Singapore!! With reselling mode of course.
    • Node hosting? In Singapore again :p I guess no, so still waiting for a fast KVM soon!

    • Tokyo location for around 1-2GB from decent provider, but will more likely stick with Lightsail.
    • Cheap reseller Hosting for <5 accounts is also worth considering. EU/UK location.
    • If there is any deal to beat the toy in my hands, but I doubt it.
    • Discount for .com renew
    • Dedicated with graphic card, thinking about it for a really long time.

Always on the lookout for some nice shared/reseller deals :)

  • More offerings on low end BGP on v6, non tunnel.

I know about bgp.services, but once you filtered for low end, you got the usuals.

The all seeing eye sees everything...
