Heard good things about them in my social circle, but they also suspended the account of a friend. They claimed that account info was false, but even after she provided further information (which is always weird to me, they only asked after she opened a ticket) about her identity they didn't yield and basically locked the domain. They didn't issue a transfer token either, just kept the DNS settings the way they were with no way to change them
Not sure what the deal is, the data was correct and didn't have any specifics that sound strange.
So to me, they are kind of dead after something like that. Don't mess with your customers!
