HAPPY Eid al-Adha 2020!!

AbdullahAbdullah Hosting ProviderOG

Happy Eid everyone!! On this blessed occasion of Eid al-Adha, wishing everyone and their families joy, happiness, peace and prosperity!

The belief (as most of ppl here may not know)->

Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) is celebrated worldwide each year & honours the willingness of Abraham to sacrifice his son Ismael as an act of obedience to God's command. But, before Abraham could sacrifice his son, God provided a lamb to sacrifice instead.
One third of its meat is consumed by the family offering the sacrifice, while the rest is distributed to the poor and needy. Read more

If you celebrate, have a great day & if you don't then Happy Holiday!

There r two Eid's celebrated each year
The one we had a couple months earlier was Eid al-Fitr(https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eid_al-Fitr) it has a different significance.
And this one is called eid al-adha. =)
