    The reason why i do not have a support chat on my website, is the same reason why i would be careful with third party support providers.

    • its hard to find a qualified team (in my opinion, its not worth the hassle, if the support/chat is unable to provide meaningful solutions.)
    • if you manage to find yourself a qualified provider for support outsourcing - they need access to your clients account data or services (which can be an issue).
